Green Eggs Rhyming Game

Mrs. Levasseur incorporated the Dr. Seuss theme into a rhyming game! Her game was designed to develop the children's ability to recognize rhyming words when heard. As you know, Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss, wrote numerous books with rhyming text.  The back of Mrs. Levasseur's game cards looked like the eggs from the story, Green Eggs and Ham! There are many wonderful preschool books with rhymes that you may want to read at home.

MA.ELA-Literacy.RF.PK.2.a: With guidance and support, recognize and produce rhyming words (e.g., identify words that rhyme with /cat/ such as /bat/ and /sat/).
